Returns & Exchanges

At Nepenthes, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and final sale items are ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and retain your receipt for tracking; refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
