What is your return policy for seasonal collections?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations may be final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
How can I ensure I select the correct size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with specific measurements. As many of our brands feature unique silhouettes, we recommend comparing these measurements to a similar garment you already own.
Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. Nepenthes is the official home to our in-house brands and an authorized retailer for all third-party labels. Every item is 100% authentic and sourced directly.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placement, but once an order has reached our warehouse for fulfillment, it cannot be modified.
